I just love his comics! Hermann's drawing style is amazing, full of live, dynamics and storry. I admire his work, and still have some of his best printed comics stored!

Je suis très impressionné mais aussi passionné par votre technique. Et il y a un détail qui m' intrigue: lorsque vous encrez votre trait au noir, mais aussi lorsque vous ombrez au gris, vous semblez utiliser du noir d'aquarelle. Dès lors, comment se peut-il que ce noir ne soit pas redilué par les couleurs aquarelles que vois passez par dessus? Si vous avez un moment, merci d'avance pour la réponse.

Bonjour. Si on prend le temps de bien laisser sécher le trait à l'aquarelle, il ne se dilue pas. Du moins pas tout de suite. Et toujours veiller à ne pas avoir la main trop lourde.

@@countrycottagelife4184 Most of my books are NOT available in English in printed format, let alone in digital format. All in all, it's a publisher's decision and I don't want to intefere with it, despite how sad it might sound.
