Didn't realize Quinn was a trans dude at first. Thought Joe was an only child and was doing a deep voice as his "sister" as an innocent joke. I was like "oh noes Joe that's too spicy these days you are gonna get yourself cancelled doing that..." Then they spoke at the same time so i looked him up. Ftr so long as he isn't one of the pro-grooming other ppls kids through indoctrinating them into the woke sexual ideological cult types that tries to tell everyone men can be woman and vice versa, how to speak and address others, and invades women's spaces and sports i have ZERO issue whatsoever. I have many normal LGBT friends and creators i support wholeheartedly. There are unfortunately many more who i cannot and do not however. You do you and i'll do me. Agree to disagree and stay in our own lanes i say. So long as nobody is setting out to control or harm others or society as a whole by infringing on ppl's rights and freedoms and advocating for anti-egalitarian forced faux equity we're all good. Anything else however is a tacit declaration of war afaic and as someone who has been there done that i'm sick of it and will not be looking forward to it one bit if and when it spills into the streets. But i will fight. Sorry for the unprompted rant but seriously some people gotta stop and realize how privileged they are that they actually have the freedom to cosplay as the opposite gender with barely any backlash these days smh. I got bullied and beaten (like with skateboards and sticks by groups of older kids) almost every day from like 11-16 and called a f*g constantly just for liking Star Wars, LOTR, anime, video games and comic books instead of sports in the 90's (and i was a straight white male with hetero parents and a girlfriend, how privileged huh? I got it way worse than the gay kids who did sports and kept to themselves lol) And now i'm the enemy? When it was me and my generation who effected all this positive change and societal growth and fought to make all this acceptance possible (in record time actually all things considered)? It honestly sickens me to my core whenever i think about it. Crazy times, everything is so backwards, it just doesn't make any sense.

nope, he was just really, really banking on getting a monopoly on wood for... let's say personal motivations. Legally speaking, the contract states that the vendor (JoeHillsTSD) shall not reveal the identity of the supplier (DocM77) to other log collective members; Doc revealing his status as the supplier to other log collective members does not void the contract in and of itself, but his misrepresentation and insistence that the contract gives him more permissions than explicitly stated could potentially qualify as fraud or misrepresentation. Additionally, if Doc continues to insist that the contract gives him ownership of either the Hermit Permit or of JoeHills, that could qualify as duress or unconscionable terms, both of which could void a contract as well. Long story short: Grian's HPEA (Hermit Permit Enforcement Agency) may have its work cut out for it already...

Joe, I like where you're headed with using replay mod in the conversations. It removes the need to constantly jump around (for you) while playing while still making each 'scene' animated. This may be difficult and time consuming to pull off, but here's an idea: put it in comic strip format! Then you can play with angle like in the comics, where it pans to whoever is speaking. I forgot what film or tv show did something like this but I'm sure there's one somewhere. There's also a comic book video game (beat em up sidescroller) that incorporates this greatly but I can't remember its name. 😅

That's part of the bit i think (hope). They all know how we felt about them messing with his build last season so they (well most of them at least) are all playing it up in attempt to roll with the punches. There is an exception to every rule. If you wanna build beyond a certain scale being expected to grind the sand is a ridiculous ask if there is a technical alternative. Doc was well beyond that scale, there is no debate about that lol I love the fact Doc went as close to the edge of reason as he could building the hourglass. Scale-wise it's almost a ridiculous thing to do manually and that was nowhere close to the monumental task that was his perimeter walls... Sure he coulda just used different blocks but...why? Their reasoning made zero sense. He liked the look of the sand and they railroaded him into digging up every desert for miles so ppl would have to travel thousands of blocks to acquire it? The whole thing was weird as all get-out. The control freaks did not have a sound argument, they just got their backs up and went full conformist, dogpiled over a erroneously perceived "issue" (that really had sfa to do with them in the first place) and dug in their heels. Actually legit pissed me off at the time lol. Everyone has different playstyles and ppl need to learn to stay in their own lanes. It'd be no different than them all banding together to tell the serious architectural designer type builders they have to do everything in-server cuz that grind of pillaring and manual block placement and permutation has some sort of intrinsic value. It doesn't. Curtailing freedom stifles creativity (just look at Hollywood or the gaming or comic book industries for example, especially Disney/Lucasfilm/Marvel/Pixar). Nothing good ever came from authoritarian control and arbitrary mandates. Sensitivity reading and political correctness is a great analogy actually. "For your own 'good'/the 'greater good'/the 'good" of all'" is usually well, not... (cuz ppl have different values and priorities so it's best to stay out of other ppl's business and not make ignorant assumptions and attack them cuz just you have a misguided opinion) Least that's how i see it 🤷

It's amazing how uptight Doc can get, oh & how hard it is for him to admit he's wrong. Honestly, I love the contract you put together Joe. It could totally lead to a court storyline. Doc really has jumped to the endgame while most hermits are keeping things earlyish.

In on of the previous episodes, someone commented that Joe Hills' comment section is full of poetry and wholesomeness. Some people here did not get that assignment 😅😅😅
