It feels like this crossover has changed something in the recap, and made it...a little bit more unhinged, in the best way. Like, there's a new flavor to the intros and the general tone, like you guys are holding back less. Absolutely love it.

I think if the intention of this crossover, other than pure chaos, was to send viewers between the series it has deffinatly worked. I didn't even know what Empires was a few weeks ago but now I am watching several of it's members happily!

I really enjoyed Pixlriffs covering himself in Skulk to go lure Cubfan towards the killing, similar to people on Walking Dead covering themselves in zombie guts so the zombies leave them alone

The way the hermits and empires interact has genuinely been hilarious, it would be nice if there were future crossovers, or maybe charity live streams etc maybe a minigame stream hermits vs empires or something.

Whats to say everyone’s return to HC-9 won’t be on Saturday just to mess with the recap team being a week late 😂. My prediction though is by this Wednesday we’ll be seeing the portal finally relit even though irl the portal is probably already active. I’m prepared to be wrong though, and am enjoying all the colabs this is allowing for that have not been available for most of the other hermits.
