This Hermle westminster has been taken apart cleaned re assembled, but the quarter chimes weren't working because the lifting lever that operates off the 4 centre star cam was bent, so not lifting the warning lever high enough.
Simple remedy, bent out the lifting lever, so it pushed up the warning lever higher so correcting the problem. This movement doesn't have auto correct for the quarter chimes. I assume because there isn't a silence lever.
