I've gone through so much frustration but I kept thinking about you and two other guys who healed themselves... and now I see my healing near ahead. Thank you George for all your inspiration it did not go for nothing.

Thank you for your hard work!!!!!! You have motivated me to do the workouts that you have done💪💪💪💪. I've been doing the workout for the past 18 months and have reduced my hernia by 80%.... It's not easy because i have to fight against myself to do this but the strenght of my core plus the reduction i physically see keeps me going. THANK YOU!!!!!!! 💪💪👍👍👍

You’re welcome. Keep it up! It’s so worth it when you can get the lump to go away. Be sure you pay attention to the other root causes of the hernia as well and not only on strength. There’s probably something else holding you back from getting it to 100% like diet related or pelvic posture etc.

I did that two weeks ago. I worried, wondered, and excused for long enough. I haven't gotten anything for it since 2019/2020. But three weeks ago I had to get back into the battle, my Friend. 😔

If you do hard labor sometimes for work , does it require a lot of rest to do it like you did ?

I've been trying for about 10 days now. No noticeable improvement yet. How long does it take with the excersices and truss belt until you notice it's working?

It varies everyone’s situation is different, so it’s hard to say. Make sure you watch my video on the five root causes, and pay attention to each one because it needs to be a holistic approach to all of the root causes at the same time not just strengthening muscles and wearing the belt.

I like your videos and the motivation you put into us , just a thought i carry in the back of my mind but i didn't write it thinking it might hurt you ( sorry for my silly assumptions and do not mean to hurt you or demean you in any way , you have done a great job and your journey is inspiring) so why do you sell the program for 200$$ ! I mean why not just post the whole program out there for Free and put the belts for sale and be a bigger man and do the larger goal and help people globally, i am sure there are many people around the world who follow you who cannot afford the program

Thanks for the question. That was my original intention with the program, and I actually put it out for free in the beginning and I realized very quickly that when something’s free people will not pay attention. Nobody would pay attention to the program, and then they would use up all my time by asking me all kinds of questions that they could have found if they paid attention to the program content. So I decided to charge for it so that if people are serious, they could pay for it and get the information that they need and have full access to me to ask any questions they want. Once I started charging for it, it completely changed. I feel like I’m actually helping more by charging for it because I’m helping people who actually are serious about helping themselves, where before I was spending all my time answering questions to people who didn’t bother paying attention to find the answers inside the course. I offer the course for $77 for anyone who buys a comfort-truss which I think is a small price to pay for all of my hard work and years of trial and error. And if someone can’t afford that, then I have tons of free content between my blog and my KZfaq Channel.
