I am in kerala. I bought a new splendor extech for commuting purpose. later i realised that i made a big mistake by choosing this bike. Actually the sales was pretty good, of course it will be because (you know what i mean) right, but the service, man you people should experience it how devistating it is (in kerala i dont know about other states). Usually nobody reads the user manual unfortunately I did. We are not able to see the servicing of our bike so we don't know that did they do all the mandatory check UPS that are mentioned in the owners manual. But we can inspect certain things like polishing the vehicle, wheel alignment, and the complaint we mentioned. From here I learned a great lesson. After lot of complaints, wasting my time, energy money I realised that the showrooms don't care about the complaints we are charging against them (I aso heard this directly from the service section head). They are very confident that the brand won't take any action against them and they also have the confident to manage this kind of things I don't know what they reply to the brand but end of the day they won't get affected. While charging a complaint against them a customer care representative told me, if you are not satisfied with their service I would suggest a nearest service centre and I can provide you their contact number so you can call them and I hope your problem will be solved.I said okay thank you for that I will call them then I contact that particular service station (45km from my home) and you know I am talking about the main dealers in Kerala. And the person took the phone and asked me where are you calling from, I told him I am from xxxx I would like to know one thing from you. your number was given to me by a customer care representative. Then he said OK what you want to know. I said do you polish the vehicle after the mandatory check UPS that are done in the free services.they said no we don't do that kind of stuffs here then I said why not it's in the owners manual then he said is it?.., then I said yeah it's in the manual haven't you even seen yet and he said still we don't do that kind of stuffs here and one more thing you should call your customer care representative and tell her there is no such showroom in Alappuzha this number is wrong. When I hear this I understand one thing this customer care service is just four temporary satisfaction not for permanent one. If that person have the courage to say like this just imagine everything else. This is just 10% of the overall experience. Now I am tired , failed. And I spend my money to make myself an idiot (THANKS TO HERO).Some people suggest me to move leagaly but you know what I already wasted a lot of money and time why should I waste more of it. After the 5 free services I must find a good private motor mechanic. I don't want to give the money to these kind of people only wants money and not willing to offer good service. After few years I will definitely sell this bike because when I see this bike I am getting even more sad you know. The issue that i faced other than polishing is also still exist ( key is not comming out of ignition switch , un necessary sounds while initial motion in first gear. Head light focusing.) They kept my bike for 2 days and they simply called me and said everything is done. They think i am a fool. You know what i am a fool that why i choose that bike instead of choosing other brand. I CALLED ALL MAIN DELEARS IN KERALA NONE OF THEM DO POLISHING ON FREE SERVICE NOT ONLY POLISHING THE OVERALL SERVICE IS BAD CHECK OUT GOOGLE REVIEWS . But i see a youtube video a guy seeing his bike serviced and polished. I SHOWED THEM TO THE SERVICE PERSONAL BUT THE RESPONSE FROM THEM WAS AWFUL YOU MUST EXPERIENCE IT THEN ONLY YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THAT.

ഞാൻ ഇപ്പൊ പുതിയ പാഷൻ +എടുത്തു.. ഇപ്പൊ ചെയിൻ അടിക്കുന്ന. ടിക്ക്.. ടിക്ക് സൗണ്ട് കേട്ടാണ് ഇപ്പൊ വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കുന്നത് 🤷🏻‍♂️.... മൂന്ന്. നാലു പ്രാവശ്യവും കൊടുത്തു എടുത്ത ഹീറോ ഷോറൂമിൽ കൊണ്ട് പോയി കൊടുത്തു...എന്നിട്ടും കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ശെരിയാക്കാൻ പറ്റിയില്ല... പിന്നെ 5വർഷം warranty, ഉണ്ടല്ലോ അതാ കൊടുക്കുന്നത്.. ഫ്രീ സർവീസ്.. എന്ത് കാര്യം... ഇപ്പൊഴും ശെരിയായിട്ടില്ല സൗണ്ട് അടി തന്നെ 🤷🏻‍♂️... അടുത്തുള്ള വർക്ക്‌ഷോപ്പ് ഇൽ കൊടുത്താൽ ഒന്ന് ഒരു ആലോചന.. പക്ഷെ warranty ഉണ്ടല്ലോ അതാ 🤷🏻‍♂️

ഞാനും ഇത് ചോദിച്ചിരുന്നു. Free Service ൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട് ,പക്ഷെ ചെയ്ത് തരുന്നില്ല. ഓരോ സർവ്വീസ്സിലും ചെയ്യേണ്ട കാര്യങ്ങൾ നമ്മൾ വായിക്കണം എന്നിട്ട് അത് ചെയ്യാൻ അവരോട് പറയണം. അങ്ങനെയാ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്നത്. Normally അവർ ഓയിൽ മാറ്റും, വണ്ടിക്കൊന്ന് വെളളമൊഴിക്കും. ചെയിൻ ചില പോൾ ടൈറ്റ് ചെയ്യും. ചെയ്താലും ശരിയാവാറില്ല. Polish പോലെ തന്നെ oil strainer and centrifugal filter ഇവ ക്ലീൻ ചെയ്യാനും പറയുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇത് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞ ടോൾ അവരെന്നേട് പറഞ്ഞു ഈ വണ്ടിക്ക് അത് ഇല്ലെന്ന് . അന്നാണ് മെക്കാനിക്കിന്റെ അറിവ് എനിക്ക് മനസിലായത്. എന്നിട്ട് ഞാൻ യൂസർ മാന്വൽ വായിച്ച് പറഞ്ഞു കൊടുത്തു. ഇപോൾ ഞാനൊന്നും പറയാറില്ല.... കാര്യമില്ല, വെറുതേ തമ്മിൽ വെറുപ് ഉണ്ടാക്കും എന്നല്ലാതെ കാര്യമില്ല. ഞാൻ ഇന്നേ വരെ മോശമായിട്ട് ഒന്നും പറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. എന്നിട്ടും അവർ ഓരോന്നിനും കള്ളം പറയുന്നു. അതാണ് വിഷമം. ഞാൻ ആ ബുക്ക് മൊത്തം വായിച്ചതാണ് എന്നിട്ടും അവർ എന്നെ പറ്റിക്കുന്നു. തിരിച്ചൊന്നും പറയാത്തത് കാരണം ഞാൻ മണ്ടനാണെന്ന് അവർ കരുതുന്നു... 😔😔😔😔😔
