though apache and ns have small oil cooler but they are actually air cooled engine. because both have air fins. even in india all oil cooler engines are air cooled . Only one bike is truly oil cooled that is Suzuki gixxer 250 and sf 250. if you notice that two bike they dont have any air fins.

Oil cooled engine must have air fins becz its not the very best way to cool down the engine....those fins helps or add cooling to the engine with oil cooling.. In other hand u would have seen liquid cooled engines ...for exp in domimar 400 there r no air fins coz..its a liquid cooled engine.. Liquid cooling is the best way to cool down the engine ....thus it has no need of air fins. But oil cooled must have that..

Abir Lal Pramanik oil ka temperature optimum hona chahiye bas...aap oil cooler se karo ya fins se...agar extra oil cooler company de rahi hai to kuch to reason hoga...oil thoda thanda ho raha hai ya jyada...ek advantage hi hai...lekin ye bike oil cooled nahi hai bolagana galat hai...i have installed oil cooler on my old apache...and believe me it works like charm...both fins and oil cooler work great together...for more info visit my channel...”modifire”...u ll understand what m saying..

If you are bike lover then you Must have this bike very economic very efficient stylish eye catching and fun to drive machine. In this segment or even one segment above it is superb & proud to be owner of xtreme 160r. I have this bike since last 10 months and i am quite satisfied with this bike. You will feel proud when you feel people are peeping your bike and talking behind you about your bike complete paisa wasul bike. The only issue with this bike is after market where you will not be able to get its parts and accessories. For everything you will have to go to authorized hero showroom or service centre. And sometimes they will say sir wait for 2 to 3 days we will make you avialable need

I think for the price it's really a very good deal. The design is very nice. The power figures are quite decent. That smoked taillight looks sexy. All LED lighting for it's price segment is just amazing.

You don't need higher number of gears to ride fast or reliably I own a Honda Hornet and I have pushed it upto 125kmph (GPS SPEED) .

This motorcycle has almost everything... Only if hero provides leg guard and engine guard then it would be awesome.. I dont think in 160cc segment oil cooling is so much necessary...

Abhilash no indian bikes has perfect oil cooling technology till date they are air cooling 🤣simply they show on paper that it is oil cooling and one and only bike that has proper oil cooling in India is gixer 250 😆truth always hard to believe

Bro if you still have the bike please test the brakes when it goes into potholes at around 20-30kmph, the brake lever gets hard. Hero has used cheap chinese miniMab abs unit Xpulse 200 as well.

Does hero xtreme 160r bs6 have a comfortable pillion seat for old aged women. And what about leg gaurd, foot plate for pillion, grab rails, auto sail technology, auto engine cutoff censor when bike is fell on the road.

Dear you are so impressed by hazard light, that you forget to mention about engine performance. 160cc performance bikes need oil cooling for better performance on long rides. Hero claim for best in class 0 to 60 but thats not true, please check many drag race videos by other bloggers. Yes the bike is really good in terms of looks, design & add-on features but performance also matters.. hazard can be fitted by market for 1k, but engine can't..

1st 160 cc 15 bhp bike does not need oil cooling , ( i own xtreme 150 15.6 bhp) , have done long rides no heating problem in hero bikes. most small bikes heatup only during runin period 3000km approx . , 4.7 sec is claimed , they choose ideal condition mostly 68 -70 kg rider with multiple tries and choose the best numbers . i have done 0-60 in 4.5 sec GPS myself 70 kg. engine is a gem , will be reliable as its the bored out version of the most reliable 150 cc engine and that is doing duty from 2007 . performance output is fab , no problem plus the refinement is best in the segment after mt 15 .

@@fryingpan2168 Don't compare xtreme 150 with new xtreme160, its like comparing pulsar 150 with pulsar NS160 😜.. Both are with different intent.. I am not saying xtreme 160 is bad, but the point is when you enter in performance bike segment, every point matters. That's why TVS, Bajaj and others spend so much on R&D for these oil cooled engines, to give that extra pinch. Extra performance. If only refinement matters than we can go with Honda.

Still no gear indicator!but no gear downshift problem.but 140 rear would have been better.Rear fender could have been more stylish.Let's give us the link of your riding glove buying link.Thanks for this nice video.
