I haven't uploaded Heroes 3 music in awhile, so I figured I'd try to do a moving video for this...but New Weeks always freeze up ingame due to the pop up so I ended up just doing a screenshot of New Week. I suspect this will be the case with New Month as well.
It's Week 2 because that's the first time ingame you hear this music.

Back around 5-10 years ago, I hear this in South Park. Since then, I have still ALWAYS been positive that this, as well as a few other sounds, were in the show. I could not find ANY proof of this anywhere. It seems, however, that others who posted here agree.

I've just been spree downloading old music sample cds from the 90s and was sad to discover this exact audioclip in one of them along with a large amount of homm3 sounds, shame to find out they got so lazy for the sound on this game :/ the CD is called East West Scoring Tools if anyones interested

Is this a snippet of some stock score, because I'm certain I've heard a longer version. And I've heard the longer version in some documentaries and in Max Payne 2 as part of a background TV show.

Yeah looks like it's stock. I've heard a couple of Heroes 3 sounds in documentaries too. When I heard them on TV as a kid I used to freak out thinking that they took the sounds from Heroes haha

A lot of short music clips for HoMM3 (battle win, etc.) came from a music library, which is now licensed under the name EW Scoring Tools: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/mZpxh9CLrb2moXU.html Sound clips in that library were probably composed by Lisa Bloom-Cohen many years ago.
