What makes it more messed up is that Homelander most definitely heard Termite saying "help me", because of his super hearing, but still decided to step on him 😭. I'm not sure how the writers keep thinking of these different possibilities...genius.

I feel like people keep forgetting that kimiko is a trained soldier. Even before she got her powers she was trained to kill when she was in that terrorist army.

What vikie did I think is more like a warning, she can popped starlight's head as quick as a finger snap but as she said that it's troublesome to get rid of the American's sweetheart but not impossible. That's why she atleast made her point by making starlight's nose bleed, also remember back in season 1 when the first head popping happened she also popped a supes head with little effort and without anyone taking notice not even cameras pointed at them. Also even though it took 3 of them against homelander they atleast manage to put fear in homelander by making him realized that ye was not as invincible as he thought he was, that bruised in his face is probably the first bruised he ever had in his entire life because he is immune to every weapon known to mankind and he can go to space, so when he got bruised you can see fear in his eyes.

This episode was insane but would you believe the comic was crazier

I'll never get over that fight scene, just the pure confusion and stunned looked on Homelander's face is so good. And up until this point in the show we never got to see Homelander actually fight so it was dope to see him face adversity.

When I first watched this season I thought that the Homelander/Butcher conversation was in Butchers head until this episode, And so many reactors thought that Kimiko got her powers back but didn't remember that she was a soldier before the compound v. And Hughie from season 1 episode 1 was never that guy and now he wants to be the tough guy after he basically picks up a weapon V-24.

The boys is great but I hate how they made Black Noir. In the graphic novel Black Noir is very clutch.

I like to the ink that butcher would get stronger with more time learning his powers, maybe even having flight but needing to learn like ryan, or that permanent v would make him stronger, or both. Homelander can definitely get more powerful through continued refinement of his abilities by fighting similarly powerful beings. Soldier boy seems to still be getting back to his prime in combat and strength and seems weaker following a big blast. Hopefully all three keep getting stronger to the point that another big fight could one day be far, far more destructive and better balanced between each one.

Soldier Boy had part in MM's family deaths, his team had him captured by the Russians, and Annie had reasons for labeling him a monser. But there's some hidden context we're not aware of that he's being misinterpreted. Let's get some new tea leaves in here to read.

MM was so dumb and irrational this entire season, same with Annie. They all know Homelander is bad and needs to be stopped. They have a weapon that can remove his powers. So instead of them just swallowing their pride and teaming up to fight Homelander they do all of this. MM trying to fight him, run in there with a gun just made me go "bruh so yo ass down"

I think the same thing bout nadia so called warning bc it wouldnt make sense for her to say “it would take time but its not impossible” bc why would it take time if she could just do it instantly it wouldnt make sense so that means it would actually take some effort to pop her head but its not that she cant at all bc we seen that its possible for it to be hard or impossible to pop someones head whos strong especially homelander so feel like that leaves room to believe she tried a lil but at the moment it would be too much to deal with n cover up n everything bc of her status n all that or whatever circumstances there were to if she was to completely pop her head at that time period

homelander is not stronger than soilder boy its just that soilder boy was already depleted from when he killed the twins with his power and thats why he took long to kill homelander while they had him on the ground.

Soldier boy always had the powers he has now strength, speed, durability all that. The only thing the Russians did was give him that flare thing he does where he discharges energy. That come from all the experiments they did on him it’s actually a burst of radiation that can actually burn the compound v out of supes body if it doesn’t outright kill them taking away their powers.

Yea he is an asshole n done bad things like mm family whether it was on purpose or not but lets not forget how he was saying that even then when he blew up the building he told hughie that he nvr meant to hurt those ppl like that it just happened outta nowhere n couldnt stop it n blacked out n the thing with homelander im not sure but I think what happened is that hughie n butcher strength n even homelander for a sec with that blast coming to his back they powers were possibly fading from being close to what was coming but at the end homelander got out maybe bc of that bc I dont even think he was strong enough to push them off like that maybe eventually but otherwise bc yea hes crazy strong but still soldier boy alone was close enough to match him in strength if not completely he just had more on him wit beams n flight n then u got butcher whose like a minie homelander n then hughie as well with super strength along with his teleport but again idk fr thats my thought on it bc for an instant u see homelander glowing eyes kinda fade a lil in the middle of it
