High quality video. You edit well. A bit of different people talking. A bit of the ambiance of sound. And a bit of your voice over. A bit of some techno pop music of your choice. It’s a nice blend. And what an amazing space. Go to Gordon’s and it looks like a decorated low ceiling blah warehouse. Heston’s looks impressive.

I’m sure the food and wine and service where delicious, but as with most things I agree ☝🏼 with MPW , First should be ambiance , second is service and third is the quality of the food , like Ferris Bueller said “ if you concentrate too much on what’s going on around you , you forget too enjoy the Simplicity of the day “ , this is not too knock your review or your own enjoyment of your meal , it’s just another view from a retired fine dining chef 👩‍🍳but then again we all get burnt out in fine dining kitchens , and like Marco we just want too enjoy are friends and the ambiance of the occasion without the faff , pomp and circumstance .
