Hi! Could you tell me what button have to press if i want to trim lines constantly? I always have to select quick trim options everytime.

Hmm. The way to create the hex pattern IMHO is really cumbersome and importing 3D geometry into the next sketch isn't a good idea either. One could do that both quicker and cleaner by creating a solid body, removing a smaller body (instead of creating a shell), and removing the hex pattern from that remove body. Then there's no need to relimit the pattern, it just needs to be big enough.

Maybe you should watch my catia v5 basic videos, because I´m fully aware that importing edges into a sketch is a bad idea. These are exercises to show certain features (i.e. stiffener and wrap surface) and I try to do it in all 8 programs very similar.

At some point you started recording your videos vi recording only the Catia window so when eg point definition pops up, its not recorded. Its really annoying and I cant continue using you for that reason. Why did you stop recording your whole screen?

I ´ve never stopped recording the whole screen. So it there are any videos like you describe it - it is by accident. Any examples? At least in this video the whole screen is recorded.

10:27 no need to trim, it should have worked if you selected only one segment by hexagonal shpe ( you selected 2 in your case)

Hello sir. When I'm taking hexagonal grill as second body I'm unable to use stiffner command. I wanted to provide hexagonal holes before I warp the surface. I feel like its easier as the method you have provided is removing some of the thickness initially provided my pad command. Please help. Thank you

So, maybe you ´re doing something wrong or different. Check if you´re using it "normal to sketch plane"

At 3:38 how is it that a Geometrical Set is automatically generated when you create the new plane? In my case, I had to create the Geometrical Set manually
