Cast in place mortar blocks for roads and streets? A cool sidewalk or driveway for sure. Drainage, weather, differential settlement in the subbase... Looks like a maintenance nightmare for road and street traffic.

You can but it won’t last long. These pavers are not designed to support a cars weight. These are used more for patios

Essa massa é tipo uma "farofa". Usa se somente areia e cimento, água bem pouca, só para deixar a massa úmida. Pra saber o ponto correto da massa, é só apertar um pouco na mão e abrir, se ela não esfarelar ela está no ponto.

Fail, they did nothing to release the air bubbles that would ultimately be trapped in the finished concrete. A tiny pencil vibrator would have brought the air bubbles to the surface. Trapped air means faster degradation.

Who do you think is making the blocks that people buy? They aren't all done in big factories. Have you ever been to Latin America? I have watched people make blocks like this, and even building blocks like this by hand. They makes literal tons each day.

Trylinka - hexagonal concrete slabs (approx. 35 cm wide, 20 cm long, 20 cm high, 15 cm high, 12 cm high or 8 cm high) usually used for the construction of parking lots, storage yards, temporary roads. Trylinka is also used to protect and cure sloping trenches or embankments. The name comes from the name of the Polish inventor Władysław Tryliński, who on September 15, 1933 patented under No. 18323 [1] a surface of concrete hexagonal slabs and was the inventor of currently widely used reinforced concrete railway sleepers. In order to increase durability, the upper surface of the slab should be reinforced with stone aggregate. According to the original specification from 1932, concrete slabs for roadways should have an upper surface of tightly laid, thicker crushed stone (6 to 8 cm) made of hard stone, e.g. granite, basalt, quartzite or a field stone may be used, provided that sorting. A thick crushed stone is laid on the bottom of the mold, which is first poured with cement mortar, then the mold is filled with concrete from a smaller crushed stone. According to the patent claim from 1932, the side edges of the panels had to be covered with tar or asphalt before laying [2]. In practice, in the production process pieces of stone were first inserted into the bottom of the mold, and then poured to half the height with high-quality concrete. The remaining part of the mold was filled with lean concrete. After setting the concrete, the molds were turned over. Because vibration and ironing were not used in the production of the mottle, it gave way to modern paving elements in terms of quality. However, pavements that are more than 60 years old have survived. The oldest include illustrative surfaces in the Warsaw University of Technology complex, entrance through gates from Koszykowa, Niepodległości, Nowowiejska streets, where fragments of trills with crushed stone (about 0.63mm) basalt and porphyritic. In addition to the classic hexagonal moult, there is also an exhibition of rectangular elements, the technology of which may suggest that they are also by Ing. Trylińskiego. In Warsaw, you could also find a trill with granite crushed stone from erratic stones. [Footnote needed] The 12 cm tall Trylinka weighs 28 kg, while the 8 cm tall weighs 24 kg. Hey I mean it was sturdy enough to hold itself together for the short time it was in the mold. What I’m concerned about is the fact that they barely tried to remove air pockets or the fact that rain is gonna get in the cracks and comprise them since they don’t have time to cure
