I escaped my fathers imprisonment when I was 14 after being sent to kill the man who killed my mother and he sent goons to bring me and my sister back last year only for him to be killed after he tried to kill me over some bracelets. Having a father is a blessing

People will have to accept reality that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts, I look towards the stock market to fuel my FIRE goal at this point.

"oh stop complaining, you'd have money if you just worked 60+ hours a week" -Brainwashed Americans born into higher middle/high class families. Ah yes, the American dream. Working so much you don't even have time to actually live in the house you got or enjoy anything really. People are really so blind to the fact that 70% of Americans are one lost paycheck away from losing their apartment while people with money like these people buy 7 houses in 4 different states.
