I have dehydrated combination skin and have been playing with the Rose Inc concealer for about a month. I usually apply concealer to my under eye area with my fingers, but historically I have only used lightweight, serum-type concealers. The Rose Inc concealer is more pigmented than a serum concealer and I found it to be a little cakey when applied under the eye with a finger. It also sits on top of my pores when I blend around my nose with my fingers. However, it applies AMAZINGLY with a fluffy brush all over the face and can be sheered out and buffed into the skin so that it is completely invisible (one with the skin) while still providing excellent coverage. A tiny amount goes a long way. I love this concealer. It just took a little practice to get the application perfect, so I could achieve all the benefits of a very light application with high coverage. I learnt this from Hannah Louise-Poston’s video in which she reviewed Rose Inc

I have dry skin and i love the rose inc concealer- I actually like that it sets because then i don’t feel the need to powder, and I appreciate the brands clean beauty approach

I have dry skin and I love the Rose Inc concealer! I use a very small amount, just a tiny dab on the back of my hand and then itty bitty dots where I need coverage and then blended and blended and *blended.* It's super pigmented and a little bit goes a really long way. Too much of it will definitely look cakey af. I use a creamier color corrector under my eyes to knock back the abyssal depths of my dark circles and the combination is really nice on my desert under-eyes. My cheeks have serious pores, and as long as I keep the layers really light and soft and use a nice primer underneath it looks so beautiful on the skin and just erases my blotchiness.I don't even bother with foundation anymore, I just use this concealer.

You look so good even without concealer, and dark undereyes are pretty normal. Last time I went to my doctor, she suggested that I might just have been really congested, and later I discovered that I suffered from sinusitis, which caused my dark circles. So maybe it is a nasal problem or it has to do with any kind of colds. So yes, dark circles are normal, and maybe we just don’t need to hide them so much, we all just need to check our noses! I love the Rose inc. concealer. It’s replaced both my concealer and my foundation. It’s super full coverage but blends out well, so I only use a tiny bit. I have very dry under eyes and doesn’t make them look worse. I absolutely love this video! Super informative! ❤️

Love your channel!! Your eye looks are amazing, and I especially appreciate the foundation and concealer reviews and demos. I have naturally dark circles and a light/medium olive complexion. It seems like I’m constantly looking for a better shade match, and a lot of the shades that work for you have also worked for me. I bought the Milani Supercharged eye tint in peach after I watched one of your videos. It is amazing!!!! I have dark circles and believe me I have tried everything and I could still see my dark circles. The Milani one covers my dark circles better than anything else I’ve tried!!! I wouldn't mind giving the nyx bare with me serum concealer a try. At least, it doesn't cost silly money and I won't be too upset if it isn't right for me. Dark undereye circles are real, covering/correcting/concealing them is a an absolute nightmare. I really appreciate that you DO have dark circles. The amount of YT'rs who complain or stress that they have them - where, in fact, they certainly do not, is too many.

You have such informative videos it's amazing! One of the greatest olive skin tone youtubers for sure. Would love a video on yellow concealers and correctors. As well as combatting greyness more generally. I'm yellow leaning olive, and anything too "neutral" pink makes me look super grey under the eyes!

I love the Rose Inc concealer. I have dry skin but the Rose Inc concealer is so full coverage I just use a tiny bit, and I haven’t had any issues with my dry skin. I like that it’s so neutral it’s almost gray for my fair skin.

Nifty seeing the comparison. Thanks, Alexandra. Absolutely loving rose Inc concealer. It works well with fitglow concealer brush applied sparingly, being tapped in with fingers, then smoothed out with brush. Lx010 is the perfect undertone, and lightness, for me. Even with my uber-dry skin, it doesn’t dry me out, not enhance my naturally crepey eye area, & aging perimenopausal skin. It’s being used as both concealer & foundation. I find on my skin there is a difference between matte and chalky. Kosas and Item concealers are chalky on my skin, and show texture, etc, whereas Rose Inc is simply matte. So relieved! Reagan Hart thought it was too emollient, and yes, glycerin is the third ingredient. She dislikes it tremendously, whereas Hannah Louise Posten loves it, and Naturally Beautiful Girl (Kat) seems to as well. I watch their reviews, because they are all very fair, but my undertone and lightness is most like HLP. Clean Beauty Code likes it, and she has deeper skin. Thanks again!

I've been really enjoying the serum concealers because they don't emphasize my undereye texture and still offer really good coverage. The NYX Light is a tad dark for me, and the Vanilla leans more yellow so does a bit of color correction. I'm thinking I might pick up the Pale shade if I can find it and use it to lighten them up. I've also been experimenting with setting with a setting spray on a sponge and it seems to be working better than powder.

dark circle queen ✨ this is really helpful for when I wanna cover my dark circles, but I’m not really gonna wear any other makeup so I just want something that looks very natural. I’m interested in the color correctors videos and I was wondering if you could also give some tips on how to blend them out? For me when I try to use a color corrector, it tends to mix with the concealer I use on top or I blend the CC so much that it just rubs off.

Love your concealer comparisons!! Super helpful. But yeah the lighting makes it kind of hard to see your texture under your eyes etc because the lighting keeps changing. So I personally prefer, with these kind of videos, studio lighting over natural lighting.

The NYX has been my go to since I picked it up. I'm 51 & it does not settle into my lines (I set it with Elf Halo Glow loose powder in lt pink). One pump covers both eyes for me. Beautiful! That said, I may have to check out that Sephora one! Awesome video!

Update! I found this concealer to be too much for me under my eyes, it settled into my fine lines and wasn’t as much of a serum as I was hoping. I am now trying the Milani Supercharged Brightening Undereye Tint in peach and it is definitely more of what I was looking for with a more serum like formula and brightening.

I really like the nyx serum one you tried. It works well for my fine lines under my eyes and lasted 9 hours yesterday with no touch ups and i have a lot of fine lines under my eyes.
