As a board passer, answering at least 100 questions a day of previous PNLE and NCLEX exam (the one with an answer and rationale of course) is really one of the main reason I passed my board exam in one take. I did this everyday I think for almost 2 months (I forgot na....batch 2012 eh 😅) before taking my board. I assure you, at least 30% of those question will come up in the actual board. Also try answering a question in just under 1 minute...don't dwell too long in one question or you will risk losing your time for the rest of the exam. Diskarte is the key, remain calm ;) especially if you are working na as a RN. Godspeed future RNs

NCLEX exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mr Steve Keshy... He's God sent, he saved me from taking the test for the 6th time

I will need to improve my studying habits; my note-taking too since I write a lot than listen to the teacher; will have to do active-recall every now and then, glad I got used to Quizlet during online classes T^T. I love this. This is not only applicable to Nursing but studying in general. Taking subjects seriously, other than Pharma... I would add Ana and Physio to this. Hahaha...

Try to use the method called Spaced repetition, the concept of spaced repetition will help you to retain newly learned information for longer, putting it into your long term memory.

I use Anki for active recalling and it's effective for me. I'm on my second year now.

In my experience, The memory training is also effective for long term memorization for both concepts and practical, I’m trying here @the brain republic, u might wanna check it out~ I’m a sophomore in a different program, but some of your tips is accurate❤that I can use, especially the word “take it seriously”💪

Glad you found this video helpful! AnaPhy is quite challenging, but utilize your resources out there to help you understand it easier! I personally used my favorite AnaPhy book "E-Z Anatomy and Physiology (Barron's E-Z Series)". Good luck!

I'm so proud of you!! Anaphy is a really hard subject, but there are tons of resources that can help you study this! I mainly used my book "E-Z Anatomy and Physiology (Barron's E-Z Series)".

Hi I'm grade 12 student now and I really want to be a nurse, but because of my body, being skinny, I always doubt if should I pursue my dream of becoming a nurse. I just wanted to know if being skinny is not allowed to be a nurse? Or is their a weight requirement in being a nurse? Please response or give me an advice. With regards to note taking, I can relate 100%! Haha back in shs I can somehow manage that beautiful notes since our teachers posts a recorded video of the discussion but now, our professors don't! So I definitely need be both, listening and understanding what the lesson is and at the same time taking down notes fast

Hi ate Ely..been watching your videos when I was in my last highschool year and I was supposedly 3rd year nursing student now, but I stopped last year for some reason so now I'm still a second year nursing student.. It's pretty challenging for me because I'm one of those who aspire to be a nurse someday despite being financially-challenged. And now I'm doubting if I can still make it to fourth year because even now I'm honestly struggling to provide all required books. But anyway, thank you for being an inspiration!!!🤍
