Very helpful, I am a huge chicken and watching your video was great. I just want to share that when taking injections now, if you are nervous like me you can ice the area ahead of time and get it a little numb first. This method helps me a lot. I don't do it now for the insulin, but I do use it for any of these auto injectors that fire quickly or some slowly. Thank you again!

Thanks so much. I just received my FreeStyle Libre 3 and your video helped me understand how to use it. BTW, my pharmacist was the person who recommended it to me. She is a wonderful healthcare provider.
