Grief while caring for little kids is so incredibly hard. My little girl saved me in many ways. Her joy and laughter has carried me through really tough periods of grief and anxiety. It isn't always easy caring for my kids while my mental health is clinging by a thread but they also have a way of bringing light to the darkness.

I just wanted to tell you how much you and your family have ment to me. While my daughter was in the nicu after being born at 26 weeks I would sit in her quiet room and watch you and your families videos. Watching you made things feel normal. Thank you! Take all the time you need we are all here ❤

Ellie, you are so sweet. The cracks in your voice show how full of grief you are. It has always been clear to me that you are such a loving and caring sister.
