Music like this brings tears to my eyes. Why? For those of y'all that grew up in the 90s as teenagers and young adults, you KNOW the quality of life we had when it came to culture and music! No social media or anything, just straight walkmans, CD players, laid back vibe, good music, good peoples...…….this era can NEVER be replaced, no matter how hard the new generations try.

D Mc nah it was guy inspired, Aaron hall style vocals and teddy Riley production
@MrDmacc17 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I can hear the Teddy Riley/ Aaron Hall feel in this also, but electronic drum programming arrangements and sounds , and background vocals ,remind me of R Kellys in his early day, like on Honey Love

Tony Thompson was one of my greatest inspirations coming up. Still find myself listening to and singing his songs today. Music was real back then.

Tony’s voice was smooth as silk and it rode this beat. His voice just makes me melt. I was so sad when I heard of his passing on the radio that day. Their Unsung episode is so sad too. May he continue to Rest In Peace. ❤️
