One of the greatest hooks OF ALL TIME.. "New York, New York...." And the ENTIRE album is a classic.. "Music for Life" is one of the best hip hop tracks ever, RIP Dilla.

Nas' verse on music for life is his single greatest piece of writing. Top 3 at least along with his triple beam dreams verse and his verbal intercourse verse... then there's his eye for an eye verse... his "hip hop" verse with Scarface from Khaleds album... maybe he needs more than a top 3 best verses. The title is "Where it Started at". The rappers in this video are all from New York(i don't know about Dion though), This song is about where hip hop started(or at least took off to popularity and fame). Hi-tek is a producer and probably wanted to send respect to the state that influenced his music the most. His next album was all Ohio and he has always rep'ed it. This is just a symbol of respect to the state that helped him kick off his career(blackstar, hi-tek 1, reflection eternal, etc)
