HID Lightforce Conversion Guide

Yeah the video isn't the greatest but you get what you pay for. This will work for the lightforce blitz series, the 240's, 170's, and 140's. I picked up the lights used and bought a 55W DDMTuning HID kit to put in them. So far i think i have about 200 bucks invested in this project.

Fun video! Do you still use these lights? I'm wondering how the reflectors held up and if the result was worth the effort.

Thanks for the video! Do you think an H3 LED headlight kit fit in there?

Im not sure, i think it depends on the size of the heatsink. The led's ive seen the heatsinks would not fit inside the lightforce arm. But if you can find maybe like a low profile one it could work. If you get it to work let me know, if love to see it.

How have the lenses held up after the extra heat from the HID's?

So far, these lights have around 200 hours of on time and i have not noticed any sort distortion or burning. Ive been extremely happy with them.

@@firejack214 you can use a pin or metal receptacle to un-clip/de-pin the plastic electrical connectors as opposed to cutting slots and making over sized bores to get the wires through....
