While you're in Incheon I recommend visiting Songdo too, a futuristic city built on land reclaimed from the sea. Lots of areas are still under construction but Songdo''s quite an up and coming place in Korea these days. Lots of wide open, green spaces like parks, including the famous Central Park. There are popular shopping areas like Triple Street and Hyundai Outlets. And a famous international school (Chadwick) that's considered arguably THE the best in South Korea.

Wonderbox was used in Hotel Del Luna I think! I'll definitely have to bring family there when they visit, my sister-in-law loved that drama.

Is it possible to explore 2-3 places in Incheon if you only have 20-hour layover time (8 o'clock at night to 3 o'clock in the afternoon the next day)?
