do a stainless exhaust smaller diameter than the collector that's on the headers with 2 mufflers two tips on driver side and the same on passenger side Borla or Magna flow will likely give you the best sound! this will sound badass trust me! the color of the truck is beautiful!

Omg! I LOVE the truck restoration update. My husband and I are huge hot rod fans. We did a ‘66 Chevelle SS, from the ground up for him, and a ‘53 Chevy pickup for me. When hubby retired from commercial fishing (Deadliest Catch?), we opened a Powder Coating & High Temp coatings business. Needless to say, our frames are coated, and headers are ceramic coated. It’s a big expense to do it right, but well worth it. Your truck is going to be awesome!

My husband once had a '69 Chevy pickup short bed, and he painted it the exact same color. I sure do miss that 'ol truck. From the looks of it, Steve has done a top notch job on the 'ol truck. My nephew has a '68 Fastback he completely built himself. He bought the frame and had many parts in baggies. He bought all of the original parts. He's a phenomenal body man and he painted it a beautiful olive green with white racing strips. It's gorgeous!
