High ultrasonic amplitudes matter! Our patented Barbell Horn®-based ultrasonic systems increase the speed of production and quality of the results.
Ask your equipment manufacturer what their maximum ultrasonic amplitude is, measured in MICRONS! Not in %! Why? Because 100% amplitude does not necessarily mean 100 microns. For some ultrasonic processors 100% amplitude could mean as low as 25 microns, which is very low amplitude and might not lead to great results!
ISM offers high-amplitude laboratory, bench and industrial-scale ultrasonic liquid processors for a wide range of applications, including the production of nanoemulsions, nanocrystals and liposomes, cell disruption, aqueous and solvent-based extraction, liquid degassing, nanoparticle deagglomeration, sonochemistry, and many more.
