I've never liked changing in front of others. I hated group showers in Jr. High. I eventually refused to shower at school and was surprised when the school didn't try to make me. Any way the answer to this whole thing is to eliminate gendered bathrooms all together and to provide private closets for people to change in like the ones in clothing stores. I've always had an issue with the open seems in men's room toilet stalls as well. Too many perverts peeking through the gap while I'm doing my business. It's disgusting.
