Venice to Rome train times:
Trains leave Venice’s Santa Lucia train station several times per hour for Rome Termini station - averaging 50 trains per day. The earliest train leaves Venice Santa Lucia Novella station for Rome at 12:01 a.m. The last train to Rome leaves Venice at 11:11 p.m.

Hi , It’s been 3 years .. I don’t remember exactly whether we need to reserve the seat or not. I booked the ticket in the ticket counter in Venice . Please check once before I am really sorry I didn’t helped you with this
