I remember back in the day poker after dark came on like 2 or 3am here and every episode i watched. I got off late and didn't have cable at the time and nothing else was on. I didn't even knownhow to play no limit or any poker so these guys pretty much taught me how to play. That was a dope show lol

They used to be all available. Pokergo bought the rights and took all the episodes away. Then try to charge fifteen a month for them. And slowly release them on KZfaq again.... Yup... So glad they're making money on what was once free for us....

Most of these players have character and are charismatic. Makes for great TV, especially how it’s shot. A lot of these new poker players are a bore and have the character of a brick.

Gabe Kaplan: " If this cup is full of coffee, Jennifer will be up till 2008!" I just love the old Episodes of HSP!! Samy, Eli, Jennifer, Todd, Barry and and. When poker was soo much fun to watch and the player at the poker table are not robots!! They just play and have just fun. Long long time ago.. I started to play poker because of HSP! Especially Phil Laak was outrageous. I will never sign up on poker go, dont like it AT ALL!

9:37 - even with the finger on top of the stack... that's considered "forward-motion" in Australia and those chips would be in the pot no matter what. It's not *dang* chess! You have to be super careful with your [most likely worst] hand when you put out chips like that!!! Yes, of course TV plus superstar poker players is different.

It's so weird that we have advanced in technology so far since this....and advanced in the popularity of the game. Yet somehow this is still 10X better then the reboot of the show?! They should have stuck with this exact formula. Instead they let in way to many business men and people no body knows, the graphics are actually worse, and the new voice over is even worse, even with it being the same people!! Doesn't make a bit of sense but tell me I'm wrong...?

Todd Brunson calling Shawn a thief at the table wouldn't happen to me but once. Todd Brunson is not a high class individual anyway. Calling a man a thief is asking for a fight unless you have evidence, else shut your mouth. I've never seen him bring anything to the table but complaining and bickering, never anything positive.
