The only event that they don’t have to worry about is swimming. Hope they have a plan for the others though.

And Japan has aircon indoor pretty much everywhere. I don’t think Paris has the same level.

It's the same problem with Formula 1. Races were already impacted to the point where they couldn't take place or drivers got dizzy during the drive and/or had to retire completely. I know F1 contributes to climate change, but it's my ONE guilty pleasure😢

It's just going to take a massive death event in a popular country for us to actually take this seriously, at all. Adapting is the game, changing the Summer games to the last Spring games would be wise. Doing outdoor events after sundown or early morning is another. Adapt or die.

I’m surprised EXXON isn’t sponsoring the olympics, all the athletes could have the EXXON logo on their clothing. Governments will do anything for fossil fuel companies.
