15,170 Trees in the hours of daylight (19 hours) set by Kenny Chaplin back in 2001.
Only, these two aren't only planting for 19 hours.
They are attempting the full 24!
Is history going to be made?

Congratulations to all involved. This video speaks to me on so many levels. Having kenny chaplin there, and having these two young men chase his record and surpass it. The story telling is so well done on this video. Couldnt have done it better myself. Thank you for this beautiful piece of tree planting history. Incredible , very few will understand the amount of effort this took. I am lucky when I have 2000 in after a day. Amazing

A huge part of it for sure! Lucky enough I was in a planting camp just an hour away from where Kenny’s camp was last season so I was able to swiftly make a visit to him. Such a great person, big inspiration and essential to this whole project!

Totally amazing! Is there separate records for planters who have assistance with the record and ones who haven't? I have found records from the past of 12-14 k and always wondered if some of those records were set by planters packing their own bag, scoping their own lines and basically having no more assistance than they would on the average day at work. Hard to find info on tree planting records to be fair. It should be a sport in the Olympics

That right hand shovel left foot close by Antoine looks so efficient its unreal! Gonna start emulating that for next years plant in good old Ontario.

Awesome work with shovel. Never cracked 15 myself, but Ive seen half a crew do over that with a puki in 8 hrs. Though we wernt planting rough like that.

Fascinating subject and well done video! Having Kenny there made it a great full circle moment. I’m curious to know more. Is this done all over the world? Are Highballer Competitions a thing? This could replant the Amazon and other over forested areas.

Insane….but no way Antione’s trees pass the quality check. Spacing was way too close together, looked like pods were going in sideways. Amazing accomplishment nonetheless
