If you are testing directly at the pump and not regulated pressure, one of the valves inside the pump is leaking. You can try flushing a good cleaner in and out of the pump to free it but if it is from corrosion, the valve can't be repaired.

Should it not be possible to use an other universal pump, for example from bosch? I think it could work but i am a bit affraid of destroying the ecu because of a different electr. power. The original pumps get destroyed very fast (i have got the third one in my scooter with 12000km ):)

Do you still fix these?

There are no replacements that meet the same requirements. Very low current draw 160psi of pressure capability
