Hey there Mud Puppy.....I am the guy that has your old 850. I have been using limiting straps. They seem to help tremendously in keeping the axel from hyper extending. Have you thought about putting them on this guy's Polaris?

Ever since I went to the Cobra axles up front, I have not run any limiting straps. I do not plan on installing them on this machine. I want the wheels to be able to drop down as far as possible into a rut once it starts to get centered. You shouldn't really need limiting straps with the right suspension setup and axles

Hey Mud puppy, Got a quick ATV question for you. I have a 2023 Rubicon and I noticed the front right tire has a bit of positive camber but the left side is straight. I’ve never crashed this thing or road it hard. Tried adjusting the preload in the shocks but that didn’t change anything. Any suggestions as to what this could be? I bought it brand new and had it ahi it a year and half now so I know the dealer wouldn’t help me. Thanks

No idea without knowing how far off it is the question is kind of subjective. You could try loosening up all of the control arm bolts with the weight of the machine on the tires and then tightening them back down to see if that changes anything but I'm not sure it will

@@MudPuppyOffroad Thanks, I’ll give that a try. Btw do you have any recommendations for ATV mechanics or someone that does good work? I live in the Orlando but I’m willing to travel for good work.

@@MudPuppyOffroad Gotcha lol Well if I can’t get this camber issue figured out myself I’d like to get it looked at and fixed. I had a set of adjustable upper control arms made to fix the issue but I haven’t powdered coated them yet because I’m not sure if they fit right once I installed them. So I’d like to stay with the stock arms. Would this be something you’d be interested in looking at?

Needs a set of cecco frame braces, especially the rear diff support

You know I see those all the time and I think it's a complete gimmick. I've never seen a differential failed in that spot

@@MudPuppyOffroad I've seen the rear diff tabs break on a 2014, but the reason for the brace is the rear differential is a structural member for the whole rear frame. The brace when installed takes that load

@@jackdewinter6837 I mean I get that it's a structural member... It's very well enforced to serve that purpose. I have it run any analysis but I do have a lot of experience as a mechanical engineer to back this up... That mod is a gimmick.

@@jackdewinter6837 The arm tabs are a totally different story, if you're going to run oversized tires or porals those must be reinforced
