I just installed done regular sportsman shocks on my 23 HL 850 yesterday and the ride quality is so much better. I turned up the pre-load one notch from the end. Hope I don't have rubbing issues in the back 😅.

Mine didn't rub in the back until I went to 34s. But I was running the bracket lift

@@MudPuppyOffroad like you said it's worst case if it's rubbing. I'm still running stock tires. Thanks for the video, happy to know I won't be pulling out my headlight.

@@sidneydelorme20 I said it was worst case in that video because there is no lift on this machine right now. Your headlight could be in danger though that rubber bump stop is going to compress some. I'd recommend zip tying the wires from the headlight bulbs as far away from the tire as possible

Had to put a new motor in my 22 850 hL at 22 hours don’t think ima buy another one unless it’s for cheap but if I do definitely gonna do this

@@richbon9904 no i had a evo exhaust i put on it and got it off the trailer and hit the gas and it went into limp mode didn't have any power and then shut off crunk it back up and it was knocking dealer said they wouldn't cover it cause of the exhaust

It's kind of a bad transmission design... I talk about it a little bit in the driveline video I'm posting

@@MudPuppyOffroadit's not consistent either cuz I had an 850 sporty a 550 and a 1000 the only one that had a stiff shifter was the 1k and come to find out it was the clutch alignment
