The pk overturn was meh. But the goal by ruiz should have stood. I'm more annoyed that they spent 3-4 minutes to decide to go to var. It should not be that hard. Smh mls .. get better. Also, Tori penso is usually one of the best refs in MLS but that was some rough officiating.

4:13 RSL player that was offside was blocking the gks view. Yeah it looks like the ball came between the two Minnesota players but the initial kick you can see it did block the gk view that's why he reacted late

She’ll never get fired because 1) she’s married to longtime MLS referee Chris Penso, and 2) she’s a woman. PRO wouldn’t dare fire her, despite how utterly terrible she is every time she referees a game.

I was at the game and after the 1st goal got denied the ref you suck chants were so loud and even when the final whistle was about blow she was waiting to see if minnesota would get a counter but when glad got it she blew her whistle

good job RSL climbing out of a hole.. I hate to say it but I like the back up keeper a lot more. This guy just make sillly mistakes a lot of the time. Don't think he should be starting

I will say mcmath has been worse than usually recently, but he has really clutched for us earlier in prior years and this season. I do think beavers will be great though since he has shown remarkable talent at a young age

RSL should've had 3 points from this game. Refs really screwed this up. Julio was offside, but never touched the ball, and it shouldn't matter if he was "blocking the keeper's view". From the review, it didn't look like he was blocking the view much. If he was 3 feet in front of the back line and completely onside, the view would've been the same for the keeper. Such a dumb rule/call.

Three beautiful goals were scored by RSL and regularly!!! This lady should never referee MLS games again. It is not clear to me the RSL coach's decision why Savarino and Kreillach are not playing in the first 11, I think that is a better option, surely the results would be even better. RSL must play more safely in their stadium. Does anyone know when the new player Arango has the right to play for RSL?

the inconsistency with MLS referees is so frustrating. Game to game. Ref to ref. You never know what kind of game you are getting. Was the PK called off because there was no foul or because it was outside the PK box? there's no explanation. Minnesota had no arguments with Ruiz's goal. Everyone ran back to their own halves ready to start the game. Players and refs. if anyone thought there was a player offside, the defending team throws their hands up and runs to the ref. none of that happened.

Supposedly it was due to Julio being offside and blocking the keeper's view (Julio never touched the ball but was said to have been blocking the keeper's line of sight to the shot). I'm not an expert in all the rules, but that was a fishy decision to remove the goal IMO.

Welcome to the woke world. They gonna force their agenda to us. Same with female and black commentators. It's more of a "we have to hire them because they have a political gender or skin tone" rather than "these people deserve it and that's why they're here". I love this league but the woke is really ruining everything in the world. Even the things I love the most. Good old MLS... Indeed, social media has taken the world to bad places.
