Some good quality play. Pity more fans can't work up the enthusiasm to turn up these days. Reserve team games were valued and supported in the past. I've attended such at Fartown with bigger crowds than the Giants have now in Super League. Seems the young folks these days are only seduced by media glam regardless of the fayre on offer. Maybe the drugs stir the imagination?

its a shame but it makes sense, for a match that doesnt matter why would people still spend to travel, also not the best time as people are at work

Reply to @laraking We are talking Reserve team games. So the attendances l refer to - almost exclusively home fans - required no travel nor difficulty of normal working hours. Just goes to show even more how abysmal Giants SL gates really are now?

Reply to laraking Of course if you are not interested in your club's reserve side you are not really a fan and that is why you consider such games unimportant. You are not alone. Salford and Leigh can't even be bothered to run a reserve side - SL teams! 😂 No wonder the competition attracts such apathy and is treated as not important by supporters.

@@laraking5639 If you have a 3hr round trip to Craven Park it is easy to understand you will not likely support the reserves. KR is basically community club so such a reason is not common. I still disagree with your original ascertion that such games don't matter.
