I dont see a problem with having a beer/drink in public unless it affects other people, like this. For those that will say they wont pay, jail em for their fines, happens already, but alot of younger ones growing up would likely change their behaviours if they got a 500 quid fine for a night in the cells instead of just getting let out once sober, dont pay it, 2 days in the proper jail and I'm guessing behaviours may change, worth a shot anyway 🤷‍♂️
