Exercises (Complete 3-5 Sets of each)
Jumping Jacks - 15 reps
High Knees (3) + Burpee - 5 reps
Plank Jacks + Leg Raises - 10 reps
Standing Oblique Twists - 10 reps
Mountain Climbers - 10 reps
