I moved to Tennessee. I've noticed a huge difference of what I can physically handle with work and recreation over the male population here. My cardiovascular and physical endurance is three times theirs, even the big tough guys, I entirely get that's not because I'm better, it's because I lived in a extreme harsh temperature desert, my body can take extreme temperatures. I can take and handle extreme climates hot or cold along with high levels of motion, body movements, physical exercise because I instinctual know how to keep hydrated. I had heat exuastion once and learned exactly what to do as a instinct. You have to be pushed to that level several times. Your body will accommodate, its like a change on your whole system...then you can handle some extreme environment

I lived on north mountain Phoenix, next to Camelback. Grew up there. As a kid I've hiked that mount even in late spring, I played all over those mountains. I'm saying directly to people who visit Arizona, do not attempt this in summer until you are seasoned in extreme heat conditions., you need to consume over a gallon of water on a regular basis and then on your hike consume lots, several quarts. Having at least a gallon with you on your hike. We have seen case after case of people attempting this hike Having to be airlifted or dying of heat stroke...every year a hiker or two dies from environmental issues attempting Camelback. I'm not trying to say I'm some tough guy here , I've just been conditioned as a kid to that kind of hiking. I've gone on and hiked 14 000 ers in Rockies, moved to Denver, am just a very strong hiker backpacker mainly because of my conditioning as a child climbing and hiking extreme heat condition mountains. And I'm saying straight out for your health and I care about people...don't hike that mountain until you are in prime physical shape and experienced with hydration and extreme heat. The desert can kill you dead. Look at how many cases of people who passed away who came from othet parts of the nation who couldn't take the heat
