Starting at Tal-Virtu' (Rabat) we walk towards Tal-Virtu' Castle and Rotunda and then down the steep hill towards Wied tal-Isqof, past the ruins of the summer villa built by Maltese Bishop Baldassare Cagliares (1615-1653) and onward to the road leading from Buskett to Siggiewi. We descend further towards Girgenti and then the plain that lies between Haz-Zebbug and Rabat. We return to Rabat up the country road called 'Tal-Merhliet'.
