🏯 Mount Qingcheng (Chinese: 青城山) is a mountain in Dujiangyan, Sichuan, China.
It is considered one of the birthplaces of Taoism (Daoism) and one of the most important Taoist centres in China. In Taoist mythology, it was the site of the Yellow Emperor's studies with Ning Fengzi. As a centre of the Taoist religion it became host to many temples. The mountain has 36 peaks. It is home to Dujiangyan Giant Panda Center and since 2000 has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Mount Qingcheng was affected by the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008.

Another amazing video! I just discovered your channel about a week ago and have enjoyed all of the walking tours so far. I have to say though you must be in some good shape because I don't know if I would be able to do this many stairs without falling over dead lol 😊

My GF took me there before the earthquake, Oct.6, 2006. Beautiful but sooo many steps climbing. They were a lot more rustic then. We took the boat ride and the cable chair lift. Probably much has changed. We also went to the Giant Buddha In Leshan. Truly amazing 3 weeks in Chengdu. I rode a cheap bicycle all over the city as well.
