Hiking the Sugar Loaf mountain in County Wicklow is on every Irish person's bucket list. You need to do this mountain if you are interested in hiking in Ireland or if you're visiting Wicklow. The views of the Wicklow mountains and Dublin City are just stunning! In today's "Ireland Travel" vlog, we caught a typical Ireland sunset - half covered by clouds! - but we still got to enjoy the panoramic views in all directions. Bray and Glendalough are just a stone's throw away so you can fit all the best Wicklow views and attractions into one Wicklow road trip! Such a good time with my gals ‪@ElizabethKeenan‬ and ‪@Live.Adventure.Travel‬ (Laura shared her drone footage with me and I'm super grateful!!).

Is it easier than diamond hill? Diamond Hill was too hard to do in two hours. We went with Lally Tours and because there was ice on the steps, we had to go slower and couldn't finish in time. We are going to rent a car next time to have more time.

Wow you did diamond Hill in 2 hours? It always takes me closer to 3 😅😅 its easier I think although the top is much steeper , it's a much shorter hike so you only have to push yourself for the last 20 mins!

@@Tinyboots_travels we didn't get to finish diamond hill. We had to turn around and head back down the hill to town after too long. Plus it's nice to stop, relax, and just chill while taking in the scenery every once in a while.

@@Tinyboots_travels definitely. The place we stayed at in Galway was very nice but the heat wasn't working and it was super cold so we had to stay at the snug townhouse on Quay Street for the first night. They came out and fixed it for us though. There's some cheaper options outside of Galway but you need a car.
