Loved that you’re sharing your travels. Mt Mitchell is one of my favorite areas and locations along the BRP. Enjoy your adventure!

I love the spruce-fir "sky island" on top of Mt. Mitchell. Everything there has a storybook feeling because of the thick mosses. :)

Wonderful. It brought memories of when I lived in that region. My husband and I hiked mount Cheaha in Alabama to get married on an overlook. We spent lots of time in Georgia and NC too. You’re doing a fabulous thing with your beautiful art. Can’t wait to see where you are next.

Woahhh you got married on Mount Cheaha?! Amazing. Even in the very beginning of spring before the foliage was out, it was a stunning spot.
