Hiking to Heybrook Ridge and Heybrook Lookout

If you are looking for a shorter hike, Heybrook Ridge or Heybrook Lookout are two options that have minimal elevation gain and are under 3.5 miles each. If you want a longer hike, you can combine them for a little longer day!
We went and did Heybrook Ridge since I've been sick for a couple weeks, and figured that was a good test to see how I'm doing. After we finished the ridge, we decided to go over and do Heybrook Lookout as well. It is only about a 5 minute drive from the Heybrook Ridge parking lot.
The Ridge was decently quiet where as the Lookout is always a zoo. Even on a weekday we ran into quite a few people at the lookout.

Me and Shelly tried to get to the lookout from the ridge hike, we never made it I was kind of surprised that you guys didn't try lol

Oh we definitely talked about it 😂 but Sarah told me it didn't go through and I just went with it. Then I got home and looked into it and sure enough it is possible 😂
