Big Almaty lake is located very close to Kazakhstans former capital Almaty and is a perfect day trip destination.
Alex, Evgeny and I hiked up and we’re rewarded with a beautiful view of the ice blue lake.

They both were spontaneous enough to join me on this day trip. It was such a fun day.☺️
