Kevin Jones has some of the most absurd moments in disc golf. The fall over ace, and most recently Portland open and Worlds. Poor guy

That 'nightmare' hole is in West Jefferson, NC. One of the most brutal holes you would ever play. Funny thing is, Jerm only rolled about half way down that gulley. It goes for another 150'. Hell has more than one level...

I was playing in that tournament only one hole in front of Jerm when the nightmare happened. I clearly remember him yelling. That rain only lasted for maybe 25 minutes, but it was torrential. I felt so bad for the guy.

Couple of my friends and I were on our way too a tournament, stopped at a hotel for the night, when we were ready for bed, lights off, asked a friend to tell me a bedtime story, he says F@ck you. I replied - I love that story, specially when it's a happy ending.

I hit a deer in Oregon back in 2002. My Buddy Mike and I heard it crashing through bushes coming down the mountain and he said if you can hit it I will give you an Ace. It came out just 20 ft. in front of the basket looking at the basket. I got him in the left hip and he went twice as high in the air as the one in the video. Great times, thanks for the memories Mike.

I've been playing disc golf since around 1990 when it was more of a game for hobbyists. It's definitely changed quite a bit since then and has gotten more popular. But what I see now is still the same as I saw back then. The top disc golfers really think they're a big fucking deal. Like they're an NFL all-star or something. They honestly believe that when they walk around in public, that somehow people should recognize them. I love disc golf, but man, some of these egos.
