This is definitely live. I mean, she might be singing on top of a track, but she isn't lip syncing. She is the slightest bit flat on a few parts, unlike the studio version. Nothing against her at all, it is extremely difficult to be right on the whole time. I don't know any live singer who does absolutely perfectly. But, that's how you know it's live. She really does have a great live voice, something I wasn't aware of 'till now. :)

For all of you who don't know, they played the song from the cd but sometimes they turned the pre-recorded track off so whe can hear her and get the feeling she is live, which she is not, at least for 80% of the dignity tour concerst, they did that, so they're tricking us into believing she is live, sad because hilary doesn't have a bad voice but guess its just not that can of voice that can go through 90 concerts without any problem.
