Charge the post office £20 for losing the check in the first place

I took the majority of my money out of the bank. There's always enough to pay my bills...everything else I pay with cash

Had a similar problem with my bank when trying to pay the garage when I changed my car. In fairness when I telephoned a most helpful girl did her best but it took nearly two hours and she could only authorise £10,000. I did accept this as the only option and wound up paying the rest with cash. Banks are totally out of control.

When bank staff kept asking me do i want online banking. I would reply with. Do you fancy the dole now them branches have closed. They helped get rid of their own jobs.

I’m voting reform I’m sick of them all now. I’m also fed up of anything to do with banking being de humanised. We have no local banks or post offices around here anymore. And where there are any left they are queuing out the door.

I keep having payments I've not made go out of my bank. What's listed as the company is just two letters and doesn't tell you who and the bank can't tell either.

My bank asked me why l was transferring £20 to my grandchild?

Everyone keep using cash no matter what, cause the more people that use cash the better. if everyone uses online banking it will give them an excuse to end cash then we will lose privacy and control of our money.

The banks are private companies, it’s not our money. We wouldn’t have this problem if the people/government owned the bank.😊

Our Bank phone us about our business account saying that we were over drawn and we can't spend any money till we put something in it, my mother had this phone call she is old and stressed out because looking after my father, she told them there is over £5000 we can spend there. This bloke from the Bank saying we spent it all, I phone the bank helpline and they told me we had over £5000 in there and this person was a fraud person, in 24 hours this bloke phoned us back to apologise and he was the bank. And saying he was in the wrong he phoned the wrong person, that person gave us a lot of stress. What should we do
