The first time I watched the video of Hillsong United I was in prison. So inspiring, I felt Jesus wrapping His arms around me as I watched and listened. I'm out now (obviously), and the music of this Aussie Christian group continues to melt away my resistances to God's powerful grace. Where were you back in the 70's? Waiting right here, right now, right on time. Love you, brothers and sisters. I'm getting mist- eyed typing this, and I'm an ex-con? All I can add is love Jesus and this is one of the ways He loves you back.

Amen! brother, Praise Jesus!! I had a close family member incarcerated for almost 10 years and was facing more battles of the flesh but praise God he was released late last year when everything was stacked against him. God made a way because when we turn to him fully He never lets us down. Im in Sydney, and when my sister first put me on to this song it truly touched me and i was going through my own battles but I turned to God and He delivered me from that place at the right time. Beautiful home grown music that glorifies HIS name - Jesus Christ! God bless!!

Had a panic attack at home by myself and didn't know what to do. It felt like my whole world was crumbling beneath me on every side and as this song played as I was in the shower trying to calm myself down. The tears flowed endlessly and all I knew for certain was that God was still there with me in my broken state. He was the constant in my equation called life and I'm grateful.

I take no side in this tragedy in Israel/Palestine (or Ukraine) . I simply genuinely pray as I listen to this song, they can find resolution under God's will. That as many lives are saved as possible. That hearts are healed probably a long time in the future- and that we can learn to LOVE EVERYONE, as we love ourselves- according to the word of our Savior, the Christ. This song came out while I was in Nepal as a first responder to the 2015 Nepal Earthquakes. That paticular night was impossible to sleep at all because aftershocks were throwing us out of our beds about every 15-20 minutes all night long. I had just gotten back from a 26 hour shift volunteering at the national trauma center which was overflowing with dying people and I was at the end of myself in every way possible. It felt like the end of the world and I was more scared than I had ever been. Such a deep fear was in my heart, and I could not sleep. So at about 3am I was scrolling through my social media and saw that this song had just come out so i listened to it, and even though i had to pause it because of having to run out of the building during the aftershocks that interrupted, i listenend to this song about five times in a row as the peace of God swept over me and gave me the rest and grace I needed to put all of my trust in Him again. This song was the anthem of those 3 months of earthquakes and choas and death and destruction. Thank you Hillsong and thank you ALMIGHTY GOD! @hillsongunitedTV

This song has helped me with sleepparalysis. When it happened and when i saw the shadow man , i wasnt afraid. I felt anger and ready for a fight . ( even though i couldnt move or speak ) But before falling asleep i definitely felt afraid it was going to happen again. I started listening to this song whilst falling asleep and i felt totally at peace and covered and surrounded by Gods protection . Ive been very cynical towards the church these days being all hip and money when i wish it was all and only about jesus. But this song has helped me so much to be still and trust in him and the holy spirit . And i feel no fear at all .
