Al Faham Marination (for one Chicken):
Kashmiri chili 2 tbsp
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of Alfaham masala
2 tablespoons of salt
1 tablespoon of pepper powder
Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
Lemon 1
അൽ ഫഹാം മാരിനേഷൻ (ഒരു കോഴിക്ക്):
കശ്മീരി മുളക് 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
മഞ്ഞൾപ്പൊടി 1 ടീ സ്പൂൺ
ആൽഫഹാം മസാല 1 ടേബിൾസ്പൂൺ
ഉപ്പ് 2 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
കുരുമുളക് പൊടി 1 ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി പേസ്റ്റ് 2 ടീസ്പൂൺ
നാരങ്ങ 1
Alfaham Masala Powder:
A tablespoon of coriander
A tablespoon of cumin
5 pieces of cardamom
1 teaspoon of fennel
Cinnamon sticks
Cinnamon 1
Dry Lemon 1

മല്ലി ഒരു ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
ജീരകം ഒരു ടേബിൾ സ്പൂൺ
ഏലക്ക 5 എണ്ണം
പെരുംജീരകം 1ടീ സ്പൂൺ
കറുവപ്പട്ട
കറുവയില 1
ഉണങ്ങിയ നാരങ്ങ 1
Kuboos Ingredients:
1KG flour powder
250 ml of water
50 gm sugar
50 GM Butter
20GM Yeast
20 gm salt
250ml milk
കുബൂസ് ചേരുവകള്‍:
1KG മൈദ പൊടി
250 ML വെള്ളം
50 GM പഞ്ചസാര
50 GM വെണ്ണ
20GM യീസ്റ്റ്
20 GM ഉപ്പ്
250ML പാല്‍
