Excellent video. I belong to Mandi & love eating kachoris( specially rice flour ones made in winter), bhaturu & siddu. The whole house is filled with the fragrance of yeast !

Ye sirf Mandi Mai nhi all Himachal Mai bnayi jati hai kangra distt. Mai beduan roti bolte hai baki distt pta nhi Kya bolte hai

Agree . mandi mein isse kachori bolate hain aur yeh shops par bhi as a snack or food milati hai .my sis was posted there for 3 yrs so i used 2 go 2 her & used 2 eat. We in hmr & kangra call it bedvi or bedua roti bt never seen in shops selling it here.
