It's very interesting because when stationary it felt a little heavier, but when moving it felt like I was riding a bird!

Small correction. Lots of brands, still in existence, are older than Royal Enfield. Comes to mind: Moto Guzzi, Husqvarna, Harley Davidson.......................and a LOT more.
