I've watched a number of farriers on YT now and this guy is hands down my favorite. He gets those hooves so clean and I love his gritty finesse both on the hooves and shoes. This is art.

10/10 this shoeing was so clean due to the long term excellent consistent work you’ve done with this horse. No issues at all and perfectly clean.

Would it hurt the horses?

Genuine question: why burn the horseshoe into the hoof? Does it need to be cauterized in order to prevent the horse from getting an infection from the debris that might get between the hoof and the horseshoe? Or is it just so the horseshoe fits better and is more comfortable for the horse?
